Return Policy

We want our customers to receive their poultry equipment in good condition and as described on our website. Please review the following return and refund terms before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery if the product:

  • Is damaged during transportation.

  • Is defective or does not function as described.

  • Is the wrong product or quantity.

  • Is materially different from the product description.

The product must be unused and, where applicable, returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other supplied components.

2. Damaged Products

Please inspect your order when it is delivered.

If the equipment or package is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs or videos showing the damage, along with your order details.

We may request additional information or photographs to assess the claim.

Where the damage is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of the product.

3. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:

  • Customized or specially manufactured equipment

  • Made-to-order products

  • Products modified according to customer specifications

  • Equipment that has been installed or assembled at the customer's premises

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products that cannot reasonably be returned due to their size, installation, or customized nature

5. Change of Mind

Returns due to a change of mind may not be accepted for poultry equipment, particularly for large, heavy, customized, made-to-order, or specially procured products.

For standard products that have not been used or installed, please contact us before returning the product. Any applicable return transportation or handling charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved because the product was defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrectly supplied, we will determine the appropriate return shipping arrangement.

For returns requested for reasons other than a product defect, damage, or our error, the customer may be responsible for applicable return transportation, freight, and handling charges.

For large or heavy equipment, return transportation arrangements and costs will be discussed with the customer before the return is authorized.

Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method, where possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Shipping, freight, installation, handling, or other service charges may not be refundable where applicable.

8. Replacement or Repair

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the defective or incorrect item

  • Repair of the equipment

  • Replacement parts

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

The appropriate resolution will depend on the product, nature of the issue, and availability.

9. Return Approval

All returns must be approved by us before the product is shipped back.

To request a return, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photographs or videos, where applicable

  • Description of the issue

We will provide return instructions after reviewing the request.
